Monaco Coach Corporation's McKenzie brand was developed in mid-1997 as a towable brand directed initially to the west coast. McKenzie allowed the company to establish a broader towable line as part of Monaco Coach Corporation’s overall product strategy.
The McKenzie division's original product was the mid-price Medallion fifth wheel towable. The mid-range fifth wheel was joined in 1999 by a lower-priced model, the Lakota Fifth Wheel, and then the Lakota Travel Trailer was added in 2001. McKenzie took another big step with the introduction of its first Class C motorhome: The Rogue. The resulting product line-ranging in price from $26,000 to $75,000 helped make McKenzie one of the nation’s fastest growing brand names in motorhomes and RVs.
In mid-2003, Monaco Coach Corporation expanded its towable operations in Indiana to meet growing demand for both McKenzie and Holiday Rambler brand towables, and the Rogue class-C mini-motorhome continues to win RV enthusiast’s hearts. You’ll find a McKenzie recreational vehicle behind every adventure. |
