Recently, Thor Industries' Damon RVs and Four Winds RVs merged under Thor Industries' newly formed Thor Motor Coach umbrella. Even though this may seem like a big change for the #1 motorhome manufacturer in North America, not much has changed at all. If anything, life at Thor Industries is better than ever, which means the 2011 Thor RVs are better than ever.
How is it possible to improve the Thor RV product even more? Simple, Thor Industries carried on their long-standing tradition of providing superior customer
service by creating the unique Concierge Connection and Gold Star Inspection programs. The Concierge Connection program was originally created for Four Winds RVs and Damon RVs by TMS (Thor Motorized Services), and now that Four Winds' recreational vehicles and Damon motorhomes' models are part of Thor Motor Coach their models will benefit from this service too. The Concierge Connection was established to build a stronger bond with new owners. Shortly after a dealer submits a retail-sold registration for a new Thor Motor Coach, the new owner will be contacted by their personal concierge. The concierge will become the new owner's go-to person for helpful tips, information, and advice regarding repairs and parts. Now that's customer service!
The other unique customer service-oriented program is Gold Star Inspection. Thor Motor Coach's TMS group created this program so that each and every Thor RV cannot leave the manufacturer until it's undergone a thorough step-by-step inspection and has the signatures on the Gold Star Inspection form to prove it.
