Lazydays^® Partners Foundation to Accept Grant Requests

Lazydays^® Partners Foundation, Inc. (the “Foundation”), will accept requests for funding from individuals and charities seeking to benefit children and promote education. Applications will be accepted via The Foundation’s website, www.ldpf.org, from Saturday, April 1st through Saturday, April 15th.

The Foundation is comprised of employees from throughout Lazydays, the largest, single-site R.V. dealership in the world. The Foundation’s fund consists primarily of contributions made by Lazydays^® employees through payroll deduction as well as generous gifts from customers and other individuals and organizations. Over 50% of Lazydays^® employees contribute to the Foundation at this time. The Foundation’s mission is to “measurably change the lives of children by empowering them with education.”

On January 18, 2006, the Foundation partnered with the Hillsborough Education Foundation, (“HEF”), to make its first major gift. By matching its gift with funds from the State and a local donor, the gift to HEF totaled $500,000. This allowed the Foundation to create 50 scholarships which will enable 50 underprivileged students to attend college or vocational school.
