Lazydays, the RV Authority and world’s largest RV dealership, announced today that an agreement has been signed to acquire RV America and its existing three RV dealerships in the Denver, Colorado market, with the closing anticipated to take place shortly.

"We are extremely excited to bring such a high quality team into the Lazydays family. Hari Sach and his family have done an extraordinary job building RV America into a Colorado market RV leader,” said Tim Sheehan, Lazydays President and CEO. "This acquisition gives us access to one of the top markets for RV’ers in the U.S. This also represents an important step for us in growing the Lazydays brand. "

Hari Sach commented, "I wanted to find a partner that exemplified the same values I’ve run my business with for years. Lazydays is the one — an industry leader that can help take us to the next level. We’ve built a great business, helped thousands of customers, and I’m very proud of my team and all that we have accomplished.”

"We are thankful for the thousands of customers in our Florida and Arizona markets who over the years have encouraged us to bring the unique Lazydays customer experience to other parts of the U.S. We will now have five locations, with more opportunities in the coming years. I’d also like to thank the Lazydays employees who helped make this possible through their hard work and commitment,” Sheehan said.

The acquisition includes the Johnstown, Colorado location — the world’s largest indoor RV showroom, as well as the Denver, Colorado location — both branded as RV America. The third location, branded Discount RV Corner, is located in Longmont. Through the transition, all three locations will retain their current names. Work will be done to transition to Lazydays RV sometime next year.

Chris Trapeni, current Lazydays GM for the Tucson, Arizona location, will take on a new role as Western U.S. Regional Vice President. Chris will work closely with Hari and the current RV America leadership team on a smooth transition. Evan Crayder will be promoted to Lazydays Tucson GM moving forward. “I want to thank both Chris and Evan for enthusiastically taking on their next assignment,” commented Tim Sheehan.

"This is an exciting time at Lazydays. We see an opportunity to build a network of high-quality teams across the US that are committed to making customers for life,” said long-time Lazydays CFO Randy Lay.
