Veterans Appreciate Long-Term Relationship with Lazydays

Although Al Boysen and Claude Cardwell have never met, they have been permanently connected through a fraternity with many other veterans and fallen soldiers of WWII and several wars and conflicts since. Boysen was drafted into the Army and spent his time in Europe as a medic, while Cardwell volunteered for the Navy and became an aircraft mechanic.
Both men see themselves as fortunate for being able to survive the war and live normal lives. Boysen, who grew up in Illinois, became a graduate instructor in education. Cardwell, a Virginia native, became a nuclear engineer and continued contract work for the U. S. government.
In addition to belonging to a large fraternity of veterans from wars, conflicts and those who served in peaceful times, Cardwell and Boysen are also linked in another way. They both are full-time RVers, who have made several purchases from Lazydays RV.
Cardwell, a widower, first visited Lazydays RV with his wife Nell. He now lives in his fifth wheel and still works a 40-hour week driving boats at Disney World, in Orlando. Al and his wife of 66 years, Betty, started purchasing RV’s from Lazydays in 1998. The couple spends a few months locally, but the rest of the time, they are enjoying their Tiffin Phaeton on the road to their next destination. Cardwell and the Boysens have had great experiences in their purchases and even better experiences in exploring this great country that both Claude and Al sacrificed parts of their lives to defend.
